22 April 2016 3 9K Report

I am studying the migration of nanoparticles in a 72hours chick embryo model. However I am not sure about the diameter of the capillaries of 72 hours chick embryo. I want to start with nanoparticle of size 100 nm. I believe they should be fine moving through the arteries and vein, but I am not sure about the capillaries. Should I go for more smaller size nanoparticle? Is their any reference about the diameters where I can check out, as I tried but I was unable to find one.

Many thanks,

Raza
