Does anyone know the proper way to treat primary glial cell/glioma with serum samples? I had to treat my glial cells with patient serum for my dissertation work. When I started treating these cells with serum sample,these serum samples form a jelly mess in the wells where these cells get stuck. Later, I couldn't take these out for processing. The whole jelly substances come out and could not separate the pallets. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Sounds like you've maybe got plasma instead of serum. I've had clotting in culture with plasma, but not serum. What kind of tubes is the blood collected in?
