What is the best way to identify protein phosphatase targets (genes or proteins) and its phosphorylation status in plants?

Dear All

I have protein phosphatase overexpressing transgenic lines (gene source is from plants; overexpression also in plants). I would like to know the targets genes of this phosphatase and the impact of dephosphorylation on targets and also in agronomic trait. Can somebody suggest me over this?. Thanks in advance
