I have previous experience with devising HTDS and drug combinations, however, that was carried out using very specialized HTS machines using vibrations etc. Now, I am screening fewer compounds, but in tandem with others-usually just 2 drugs + cells. My question is: let's say I have compound A (100nm, 200nm, 400nm, 800nm, and so on for 5 more points), and I also have compound B (with the same concentrations as A). Imagine each of A's concentrations fills a column in a table (or 96 well plate), and B's concentrations fill all ascending rows (ex: well A1 in a 96 well has concentrations A 100nm and B 400nm). I hope you get the picture in your head. What is the most effortless, most efficient, yet precise manner to perform creating all the necessary concentrations besides individual hand pipetting over 200x per plate?
