You might want to try several. One of the best ones I have tried is FugeneHD. However in my experience suspension cells are notoriously difficult to transfect. You might want to try to centrifuge your cells after adding liposomes for 1.5 hour 2500 rpm in a table top centrifuge that can hold cell culture plates.
