Kindly specify what do you mean by lactase enzyme. Hydrolyzing lactose is carried by more than 1 enzyme.

Lactase hydrolysing lactose into galactose and glucose is also known as eta galactosidase

What is a lactose mineral medium? If both lactose and lactase are there you would need to separate lactose/galactose/glucose from lactase. I would use a gel filtration kit to do that.
