In most cases some RNA will not interfere with your DNA restriction digest. If you want, you can add some RNase A during the digestion to cleave the RNA. This can be useful if the RNA runs at the same position as the DNA fragments you are trying to see.

Dear as Prof Albino mentioned, you can add some RNase A to cleave RNA, but you have to be very careful to prevent contamination during RNA or DNA work as I faced this problem several times and lost all my work and started from beginning. TQ

I dont think RNA will not interefere with your restriction digestion but yeah its true, it can change the migration of bands. You can use RNAesA but if you r not happy with using it you can leave your digest on bench overnight, it should degrade the RNA..good luck
