I found a poster presentation of a FACS-based Smac/DIABLO release assay, which would be a good approach for leukemic cells, but I can't find the protocol. Does anyone have it?

Another approach would be western blot, maybe looking at JNK1‑mediated phosphorylation of Smac/DIABLO at the serine 6 residue?

Any other suggestions?
