Does anyone know how to program in Fortran or any other language that uses advanced calculation libraries? I need help making an executable to obtain results from 2 equations that use the complement of the incomplete Gamma function.

For Fotran you can use some of these libraries:
- LAPACK: numerical linear algebra library for Fortran https://github.com/Reference-LAPACK/lapack
- Blas "Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms" again for Fortran https://www.netlib.org/blas/
- SpanLib: library for singular spectrum analyses (PCA, MSSA) https://spanlib.sourceforge.net

I understood. However, I need help to check whether the code I created using Fortran is accessing the complementary function of the Incomplete Gamma function and testing whether the values obtained are correct.
