What is the best fabrication method for the structure if I want to use carbon fibre based thermosetting matrix composite material?

Hi all. I want to build a structure with easy process as illustrated in the picture using CFRP. I have read about some basic open molding techniques and I think I might need to 3D print a mold for that. In the picture the thickness for the ribs and the panels at the botton are all 5mm in thickness and the area of panel is 150*120 mm*mm. In this case, can I create a female mold for this structure? or is there any other suggestion?
