Dear colleagues , I need your opinions about the most accurate method to detect apoptosis in cell line samples.

I did some work using Caspase assays using Promega kits, they worked well. Easy and simple steps. You can decide if you like these, enclosed are Promega methods, You can hear from other researchers too.

You can do Flow cytometry analysis followed by staining with dye such as annexin V / PI or other suitable dye or antibodies for accurate detection and quantitation of early / late apoptotic cells. You can also use simple nuclear stain to detect apoptosis....
