I wonder if someone could clarify to me , the best incubation period for drug treated cell line to detect early and late apoptosis that induced by the drug treatment by flow cytometry technique .

you can see this link , cell apoptosis duration time dependent to drug type , drug concentration and cell type . usually for apoptosis assay by flow cytometry , you can use from AnexinV-FITC and PI kit .
