What is the best condition for MD MB231 to migrate?

I am doing cell migration assay for MD MB231 on a microchip using collagen to coat the surface, cells look healthy and attached to the collagen but they don't show migration after 12 hrs. How could I make them migrate without stimulant?

I suggest you to use fibronectin or vitronectin coated surface, instead of collagen, to study MDA-MB-231 migration.
