I am using 1mg/ml concentration of PLL for adheration of Neurosphere , keeping it for over night at 37 degree in CO2 incubator but i m facing problem all the times. some time half of neurophere was not attached and some time neurosphere attached and start differentiation within 24 hrs of seeding.

The concentration of PLL (1.0 mg/ml) its good , but in other research have a different concentrations of PLL (0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1 and 2 µg/ml) read thes papers in links here to choose the best concentration for you .
