What is the best cell plate condition for a co-culture of B16F10 cells and murine DCs?

I want to co-culture B16F10 with DCs but I don't know what is the best cell plate to do this. When incubating DC with soluble stimuli I use 96 well plate (U-bottom) but I have the feeling that this would not work when also using adherent cells such as B16. Any advice?
