Dear colleagues, in fact, we've faced sever contamination in our tissue culture lab, in a way that even our healthy cultures are keeping contaminated after being aseptic for more than 3 months, on that account we decide to disinfect all parts of our lab: growth-room, culture-rooms, lab &.....
what do you recommend as an applicable, high-efficient sterilization method?

As per my opinion, the best and economical way to make your lab contamination free is to opt for chemical fumigation using formaldehyde and KMnO4. 24 - 48 hour U can keep all the ventilators closed. You can try this.
First of all you have to be sure that your air conditioning system is clean. If it is not, change all the filters. You have to clean all the surfaces in the lab with bleach or H2O2 (%2 for suitable surfaces). clean all your metal equipment with hydrogene peroxide (%2-4), and autoclave. If it is possible renew your hepa filters in your laminar hoods, you have to change them. For glass equipment, you have to use bleach several times. And for all areas, if you have an uv lamp for the room, use it for several nights.
For culture rooms, we had same problem in past, and cleaning with %50 bleach was sufficient. After that we used zefirolum solution %3 (I dont know it's universal name, basicly a very powerful cleaning agent containing benzalkonium chloride %10 w/v) daily for all surfaces in lab and growth chambers Most important disinfection method is gas disinfection but it is not allowed in most labs. I dont know about the rules in your institute.
Those will be enough for cleaning your lab.
About the other opinions: You have to clean the autoclave or the another instrument you are using to decontaminate your tissue culture media, as well.
Do you know what is the mainly type of contaminant you are having trouble with (as example: bacterial, yeast, among others)?
Maybe it could give us a clue about the mainly reason you are having this problem.
