I want to stain for CD8+ T cells for flow cytometry analysis . I have looked through the literature for the antibodies but I don't seem to get the best reference. I am looking preferably for FITC conjugated anti-mouse CD8+ T cells. I will appreciate for any suggestions. Thank you

clone 53-6.7is a good antibody for CD8α (one of the two chains forming CD8). It is available with various conjugates from various suppliers.
Clone KT15 is an alternative.

Hi, Herbert! Agree to Greg and Axel. Clone 53-6.7 is fine. Obviously we use these mAbs supplied by eBioscience (San Diego, CA). Also, we successfully used clone 3.168 (Rat IgM). Good luck!

Do not use 53-6.7 with OVA-SIINFEKL tetramers! In that case go for KT15:
