Up to now, our group have been using some mixture such as NaOH/water + ethanol, H2SO4/water + ethanol to service for this task. Follow up your opinion, what should the appropriate solvent or mixture use to remove them? Please give your reference resources to support. Thanks!

Here it is a procedure that I used many years ago for lignin separation in my bachelor thesis:
You can reflux the vegetal material (60g) for 3 hours at 76-78 celsius degrees in a solution of sodium chlorite (18 g) and acetic acid (6 ml) in 32 ml of water. Every 1 hour you must replace the solution that has evaporated. After cool it, filter the residue and wash it with ice water, ethanol and acetone. Dry it on an oven at 50 degrees. The residue is a mixture of cellulose and hemicellulose without lignin
