I am getting CT value of 18-21 in 1 qPCR run and 17-18 in another. what is the desirable range?
As mentioned above, Ct value depends on the amount of cDNA in the sample. Normally we use 1 microgram of RNA to make cDNA and get the Ct value of GAPDH between 18-22.
