Iam going to culture WI-38 ( a normal lung cell line), it is the first time for me to deal with this cell line so i want to know the most suitable media for this cell line?
In addition to, if i can use low glucose DMEM media to culture this cell line?

You can use Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium with 10%FBS for culturing WI-38. You can use DMEM, but I have used DMEM with high glucose content with 10% FBS. I am not very sure about low glucose content.

I have used low glucose DMEM for Hela cancer cell line, it works well but i do not know if it do well in case of WI-38 normal one.

Cell culture and treatments The WI38 normal human embryonic lung fibroblast cell line and the U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line (ATCC, Manassas, USA) were grown in minimum essential medium (MEM; Sigma-Aldrich) supplemented with 10% (v/v) fetal bovine serum (FBS; Gibco Life Technologies), 2 mM L-glutamine, 1 mM sodium pyruvate and antibiotic (100 U ml−1 penicillin and 100 μg ml−1 streptomycin) at 37°C in 5% CO2.
I also often use DMEM instead of MEM and the cells grow well
