Hello fellow scholars, I would like to know if I measure the drug release of my liposome through a dialysis membrane, how to solve the model that this device may cause [two-stage release]?
Of course you can just use formulas, whether it's weibull, first order, zero order, etc...
But it’s not accurate. I saw a document that said it needs to be corrected by deconvolution, but I don’t know how to use model software... The data I have is only the data I take at each time period. Can anyone ask? Can you provide assistance if you have relevant experience? Thank you
