During laboratory measurements of the soil pH when working on a study involving repeated measurements of the soil pH, some sub samples of the same soil are likely to have higher pH values compared to others. Despite following cautions for minimizing the error between replicates, some differences in pH may still occur.
Thats an interesting question and very often we face such difficulty . To my mind, some differences in soil pH are very likely , thats why we keep observing those values which consistently give stable values for each subsample of any soil sample.....probably thats the only way , we can adhere to...
