what is meant by the presence of : CD 24 ,44 and 133 in the blood of suggested normal female ?female , means what ?

in a research concerning Breast cancer stem cells we used some normal blood of normal women as controls , but we found same markers CD 24 , 44 , and 133 in normal blood .

how we explain it ?

OR/ is this woman is breast cancer pt' ?

OR/ Technical error occurred ?

same marker is present in both normal or cancer patient, only level or expressions varies. check both at same time for data analysis.
