We want to make some custom antibodies against viral nonstructural proteins. We wish to only provide the primary amino acid sequences. We did so in the past, but the company we worked with does not provide this service anymore.

We have been working with this company the last four years and developped antibodies against 5 different protein targets with a lot of success.
Joe, there is no magic in making antibodies (if you know how to do it :). From own excellent experience, I would like to recommend gallusimmunotech.com and biogenes.de, but actually any company with a responsive and dedicated staff should be fine. Personally, I'd opt for a small company where profits go into the salaries of the people and possibly into the local economy and not into the shareholder value of a global player.
