Taqman or LNA, or any other methods? If I chose one of these methods, should I also buy their related products, like RT kit and Real-time PCR assay kit, too?
No need to get all the staff provided by one company! Work clean and carefully and you will get good quality RNA!

For both approach, LNAs and RT-PCR, you must be careful with the appropriate LNA and primers because all the microRNAs has a set of isomiRs (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=marco%20A%20miR-2). Them if you need to silence all the isomiRs, you must select the biggest common region among all the isomiRs.
