What is a good protocol for the in vitro development of B cells (specifically pro-to pre-B cell Transition)?

I am looking for a protocol for in vitro B cell development. I want to utilize an in vitro culture system so that I can treat the cells with various compounds to see how they may effect development (flow cytometry - Hardy Fractionation system) . I have found two protocols within the literature but am looking for prior experience/advice with this in vitro culture system.
