What happens when:
1. HMGCS2 Expression is enhanced....?
2. PfA-M1 aminopeptidase is inhibited....?
3. Mcl-1 is antagonised (inhibited).....? (All these have been estimated using in-silico tools)
I am working on optimizing an anti-TB lead molecule, it showed the above results along with good anti-TB activity estimation. As I don't know about all these enzymes or biomolecules, so I request to let me know their importance in human beings, whether these are harmful or useful for human well-being.
