The viral envelope contains the phospholipid bilayer along with part of membrane proteins of host cells.

The viral membrane will have many lipids, not just phospholipids, from the host cell. Note that the composition of the viral envelope can differ substantially from the bulk composition of the host cell plasma membrane as budding of the viral envelope can occur within specific domains of the host cell membrane.
