I tried to find it in FusionHub and other databases, also for transcription factor fusion genes. None of my results (transcription factor binding motifs) found as in-frame fusion proteins are described in these databases and that surprised me. If anyone has any ideas or some sort of input let me know :D

The double colon in Ahr::Arnt means a dimer of Ahr and Arnt.
