I designed some primer for my experiment and I do not know the actual length of the primers which I must need to know for getting the result. I got a manual with the primers supplied by the supplier and there it mentioned that the length is 20 mer or 30 mer 0r 50 mer. Usually in other case i informed the length before starting work so that this information is some sort of unclear to me. Can anyone help me to make it me clear?

20 mer indicates the length of your primer to be synthesize.
This is the total number of nucleotides present in your disigned primers sequences, nothing else. Example 20 mer means the number of nucleotides present in the primer sequences is 20, this also called primer length. In 30 mer primer the primer length is 30 and 30 nucleotides are in the primer sequences. Don't be confuse primer length with fragment size. Fragment size is the size of the pcr product amplified by your disigned primers. I think this may help you.
