Greetings,

I am on a SeaHorse F24 assay with fibroblasts harbouring a mutation that affects mitochondrial functions. Most parameters (ATP levels, basal respiration, maximal respiration, spare respiratory capacity) are lower versus a healthy control which can be easily understood why. However, non-mitochondrial respiration is lower too. Could anyone tell me what it can mean or at least if it have sense?

Thank you!
