Homo_sapiens_tRNA-Gly-GCC-5-1 is the name of one of the tRNAs. GCC is its anticodon which codes for Gly amino acid but, what does 5-1 mean here?
The first number indicates the length of tsRNAs wheres the second number indicates the isoform of tsRNA with the same length.
