Under non-skewing stimulatory conditions activated T cells tend to secrete all classes of cytokines in different concentrations. You may have more Th1 class of cytokines, but that does not mean that the T cell has stopped to secrete cytokines of other Th cell subsets.
Amar Varma is right. They secrete a bunch of cytokines and chemokines indiscriminately. These include IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12, TNF, and IFN-g but at varying levels.
Besides, it need to be acknowledged that both the subsets composition and cytokine profile from them is dynamic. The time scale of different cytokines from T cells is different. A reference describe this: Article The who's who of T-cell differentiation: Human memory T-cell subsets
