I have made the polymeric solution of two different polymers. My aim involves preparation of beads from this polymeric solution and encapsulation of my drug to these beads that I will use for oral drug delivery. So, I want to know that what should be the ideal rheological characteristics ( Viscosity, elasticity, Shear stress, etc.) of a polymeric solution used for oral drug delivery. I have gone through many papers but could not get the specific paper explaining rheological characteristics of a polymer solution for oral drug delivery.
Kindly help me out.

After contributing to answering this question, will the researchers who've done a PhD be able to have a livelihood out of his/her training, contributions, and skills or will they be ditched after being ripped off their patents while the pharmaceutical industry whose main ethics is to maximize profit and market share and still makes billions?

The rheological properties of polymeric materials are directly related to kind of polymers (chemical nature); however, viscosity, elasticity and roughness of your polymeric complex are the most important characteristics in oral drug delivery.
The mentioned polymeric solution developed for oral drug delivery should possess high fluidity (low viscosity).
