Funding sources for PostDocs to attend National Conferences?

Are there any funding agencies catering to PostDocs (working in research institutes in India) to attend NATIONAL conferences? I came across several aimed at international conferences, are those same ones available for conferences in India as well?

I would avoid exposing your data to conferences until officially published because it will be stolen. Put your effort into publication only imo :)
