In mouse spleen, several populations of cells can be found by FCM.

As far as I know,

CD11b+Gr1+ ones are mature neutrophils and immature monocytes/macrophages;

CD11b+Gr1- are mature macrophages;

CD11b+MHCII+ are macrophages and myeloid dendritic cells;

CD11b-MHCII+ are B-cells and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (?);

- And what then is that distinct population of CD11b-Gr1+ cells ??
