I have achieved 90 % killing in-vitro on MCF-7 and now I am proceeding in-vivo. I will be using BALB c mice for studies. I will inject 4T1 (mouse myeloma) that mimics breast cancer. What are the ways to use thymoquinone in animals? I dissolved thymoquinone in DMSO for In-vitro. Should I use the thymoquinone in DMSO for In-vivo experiments too?

I think there could be 3 possible options:
1. dissolving in some vegetable oil like corn oil - orally
2. Administration through a feed
3. solution in the normal saline supplemented with 0.1% V/V tween 80 - orally
(Just don't forget to include the vehicle control group in the study)
