What are the sterilization steps to control the bacteria in in vitro culture and vaccinum arcostaphlogs with scientific name Ribes rubrum?
The following procedure has caused bacterial contamination.
The apical parts of shoots were prepared for sterilisation procedure by removing all expanded leaves. They were sterilised by a 1-min immersion in a fresh 0.15% HgCl2 solution with several drops of wetting agent added (Tween-20). This was carried out under sterile conditions.

You can try to use the household disinfectant (HD) contained active chlorine (NaClO). In my experiences for several crop plants of explants surface sterilization, 10% of HD effective to eliminate all pathogenic agents of contamination through soaking it for 10 seconds, I suggest to try this way or may be changed in lower and higher concentration and also prolong or shorten time.
