According to I.Kirzner, whom I follow in entrepreneurial research, the greatest psychological and creative barrier is to find and identify the gaps in the (future) market; afterwards, market entry is the next barrier, which is of economic origin, i.e. systemic risk for the entrant.

self-esteem, self-confidence. difficult to be creative, and to innovate, when you do not believe in yourself, and value yourself or your work/ input/ output.
other factors related to psyche:
risk propensity. willing to take 'chances' - try stuff.
discipline. because it is hard work and you need to be tenacious.
motivation. you must be motivated to want to be creative, to innovate, and to see it through.
development. you need to have achieved a certain level of cognitive development.
In most situations, governments' interventions and their undue control of the future markets seem to be the greatest impediment to creative entrepreneurship development.
But you as an entrepreneur have to be able to build social capital so that you can have a following clientele. Word of mouth is the best way. But if you are not a "people" person then you may difficulty in attracting and keeping a new clientele. That's from my observation.
