The Educational training challenges to prepare individual for job to be creative, sustainable and employable?
We are trained for employment , once on job we are asked for finding sustainable solutions for the problems, but we were not at all taught or asked to be creative throughout.
what is your answer to this ?
Employability depends upon ones attributes or skills whether in tandem with the requirements of the end users and stake holders or not. Sustainability depends upon how fast you update, upgrade yourself and stand talk to the test of time. Creativity will be reflected in your thoughts which are out of box or assuming that there is no box.
However, to sustain on the path of success and for scaling new heights all are very vital.
