What are the patent/publication details of UltraCane mobility aid?

Much information is available about the UltraCane mobility aid for blind and visually impaired people, like e.g., on their website: https://www.ultracane.com/about_the_ultracane

However, I am unable to find their patents, as they say it is patent protected.

Anybody who knows about their patent or main publication, please help.
