I done a short poster presentation on community and social capital the core concepth of bonding bridging and linking can be adapted to any community we had to select a community one girl looked at rockabillies as a community I looked at the Atlantis commune another took the Orange Order as a communiy a mother took the little people and based it on people with dwarfism living as a community in China another looked at the Brazillians who came to live in Roscommon as a community. Social capital as a concept can be applied in a variety of circumstances provided that you find ways to apply the concept.

Look at the social capital as a part of dynamic managerial capabilities. The notion was introduced in 2003 by Adler and Helfat. The notion is still (to my opinion) underinvestigated.
