Many studies has found that ther is a significant correlation between organizational innovation and organizational learning. One of those studies was conducted by GHAZAL EGHTESADI and MOHAMMADREZA HAMIDIZADEH. The results showed that there was a relationship between organizational learning (OL) as independent variable and organizational innovation(OI) as dependent variable.
Organizational learning and organizational innovation have cause and effect relationship. Organizational learning leads to organizational innovation. organizational agility enhances organizational learning, as agile organizations are more flexible and adaptable.Organizational agility coupled with conducive organizational culture will create a learning organization of committed employees, whose creative potential and ideas will lead to organizational innovation.
