Here are the nanodrop reading values for DNA concentration after the chromatin de-crosslinking step followed by elution with 20 uL elution buffer.
Sample ng/uL 260/280 260/230
Input 20 1.33 0.51
IgG 26 1.32 0.45
Antibody In 27 1.41 0.55
Why 260/280 and 260/230 values are very poor even after the de-crosslinking step? IgG is my negative control and it can not interact with any protein of the chromatin ideally, why i have got 26 ng/uL DNA concentration in it? Are these values support my qPCR and ChIP-seq experiments? Please advise, many thanks!
