I need to obtain pure phage samples from a sample that was enriched using E.coli enrichment in LB. For now, I am using Chloroform, NaCl, PEG 6000 and Phage buffer. Ultracentrifugation is not an option. I just want to know if there are any better ways to obtain a pure sample of phage from the enrichment process.
