I make a defect in the rat bone and i want to put stem cell in this defect as a topical application but i dont know how to implant cells without losing in blood stream ( how to inject the bone )
You can try to develope a matrice in order to embed your cells and prevent the loss in blood stream. Hydrogels can be a good choice. According to previous studies in the literature collagen or gelatin based materials more preferable. You should arrange the some parameters such as viscosity, thickness, total cell number inside the gel matrice etc.
Dear Aya, How said Atakan you cam immobilize in a bacteriostatic and biodegradable substract in this case will be easier, in another case you can inject the cells direct in the place, but you can loose properties and also cells, I recommend the first one and the substract is chitosan or nano chitosan
