Thank you...for the kind response. I completely agree with you, however sometimes I feel I am getting non specific abnormalities. so I was curious to know chances of those non specific abnormalities.
Mallikarjun - the best way to test this is to perform injections with your carrier liquid (we use phenol red in our injection mixes so we can see what we put in the embryo). If you see similar abnormalities, and none in your uninjected controls, then you may be creating injection artifacts. In general, I don't find injection to cause issues, but if the needle is too big, or the embryos are treated roughly with the needle, you can see some defects.
