The Web is a important communication infrastructure worldwide, constantly evolving while providing support to billions of users. The connection to the Web is a very dynamic process. The connection of a Web client device to a Web server begins a complex exchange of information that registers the users presence on the network and exposes details of the user’s client configuration. The user requests with other Web servers on the Web to view Web content, exchange further client information. These exchanges are necessary to ensure that the information delivered to the client is formatted to match the client system capabilities and set-up configuration. Maintaining a comprehensive set of fingerprinting parameters is very challenging. Detecting and blocking browser fingerprinting is quite subject to secure server and privacy attributes.
