Institution and department, Technical College Požarevac, Automation and Control engineering Ethical AI development is the correct framing of the issue, unlike the misleading intention to create ethical software products.

However, this is not always possible because complex software systems could involve uncertainty.

Due to inherited limitations, AI systems often cannot eliminate this uncertainty because they do not understand what is happening.

Furthermore, scientists themselves continue to be captive to illusions. This has led to the introduction of concepts such as thought, consciousness, emotions, and all other so-called mental functions.

All living beings are automatic systems acting based on their own subjective experiences.

Since receptors cannot extract information about events that led to changes in their states, the world surrounding receptors is unknowable.

The only way to approach correct representations of the natural world is through interaction with it.

If such interaction, direct or mediated, is impossible, representations can be anything, for example, about the future.

AI alone cannot have intentions, but abuses in this area are entirely possible. The artificial subjective systems I propose can address this problem, operating fully based on their own subjective experiences and demonstrating an understanding of what is happening.

These systems can be safe for humanity's existence if constructively deprived of the ability to have their own intentions.

That kind of artificial system could master any profession and be our tool in reaching any imaginable goal.
