I want to localize EGFP to the golgi by adding a targeting sequence. I cannot decide which sequence is really working when we cloned to the plasmid. Can anyone with an experience help me?
If you want to label the Golgi then you can add EGFP sequence to many resident Golgi proteins and express them them through the plasmid but as I able to understand you want to localize EGFP to the Golgi these are few references which might help you.

A commonly used trans-Golgi marker is GalT-EGFP (EGFP fused to the transmembrane domain of galactosyltransferase). It's available from Addgene: https://www.addgene.org/11929/
We also have good experience targeting the cis-Golgi with mCherry-tagged GM130 (this one should also work with EGFP).

Many other existing plasmids are also around, check e.g. Addgene's guide for this: https://www.addgene.org/fluorescent-proteins/localization/
